Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours before your appointment may transfer the deposit to your next scheduled service.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made with 24 hours’ notice or less will result in the loss of the deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit depending on the schedule for the day.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
I understand emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
Thank you for respecting my time and business. 🩷
